All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you. Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.
We do our best to ensure a quick delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be incurred via customs and duties offices in other countries.
Please be aware that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address.
