Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must have original tag and packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Easy Returns
Want to return your T-shirt? No questions asked! We’ll handle the return process smoothly, fast and efficiently. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Package your T-shirt: Place the T-shirt with original packaging in the envelope within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Add your information: Write your name, address and order number on the envelope.
- Send it back: Mail the envelope to our return address: Giliu st. 17-1, Kauno raj., Lithuania, EU.
- That’s it! We will process your return quickly. You will receive a refund within 3 business days of us receiving the t-shirt. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@inmotionlabel.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the item for verification.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund.
